Be Active Florida is proud to partner up with new Be Active Ambassador, American Gold Medalist Steve Mesler, to promote physical activity to all Floridians. Be Active Florida, Inc is a 501c3 nonprofit organization making strides to fight childhood obesity and make active adulthood the norm. Executive Director, Fitz Koehler, says “Steve Mesler is an excellent ambassador for our cause. He’s an American hero due to his athleticism as an adult, and he’s highly passionate and capable in the arena of motivating children to use sports as a launch pad for success in life.”

“I am very excited to be a part of the amazing progess that Be Active Florida has already begun,” Steve said from his home in Calgary, AB. ” I am always looking for ways to reach out to the youth of my adopted home state and the healthy lifestyle agenda that Be Active Florida brings to the table is a great fit.”
